We are seeking an experienced and passionate practitioner to join our team as a Children and Young People's Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to families and young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging activities and programs to support children's social and emotional development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide guidance and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service objectives and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and strategies.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing circumstances.
