About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation and Delivery Lead to join our People Team at Tesco Bank.

As we embark on a significant transformation journey, becoming part of Barclays, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of this change. You will be responsible for managing a team of People Consultants and collaborating with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on all HR, ER, and organizational change programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of consultants to drive and support the delivery of functional deliverables.
  • Oversee the smooth running of People team projects with careful consideration of change management.
  • Operate as a HR expert, providing support and coaching to People Consultants.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on all HR, ER, and organizational change programs.
  • Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Support the People Leadership team in the development and implementation of People Plans aligned to business strategy, translating People Strategy into actionable objectives.
  • Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong HR experience in either generalist or a variety specialist HR roles.
  • Experience in HR planning and change.
  • Experience of managing a team of HR professionals.
