Complex Care Support Worker

Salary and Benefits
£14 per hour plus benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, pension scheme, paid annual leave, refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and enhanced DBS check.
Job Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
What You'll Need
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too, willing to learn new skills, and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
