We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Optimam Complex Care Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide high standards of person-centred support and care to our client with breathing difficulties. Your expertise in Tracheostomy care will be invaluable in ensuring the client receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support and care to our client
  • Assist with Tracheostomy care and management
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Basic life support (adult) training
  • PMVA training
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights

Please note that all roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Optimam Complex Care Limited.
