As a Clinical Optometry Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing high-quality eye care, and promoting a culture of excellence within the practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Leading and mentoring junior optometrists and staff members
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the development of business strategies and objectives

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist
  • Additonal registration with the relevant NHS body
  • A strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
