MuleSoft Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Team Lead to join our growing DevOps team at a Financial Services company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and driving the execution of our business's long-term API vision and strategy.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to our company's digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for managing, leading, and coaching a high-performing team of Developers, working closely with stakeholders in large, complex organisations, and developing APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and drive the execution of our business's long-term API vision and strategy
  • Manage, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Developers
  • Work closely with stakeholders in large, complex organisations
  • Develop APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams
  • Have a strong understanding of REST design principles and API design/architecture best practices
  • Have experience with three-layer integration architecture principles, Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON
  • Have experience with API security standards and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus a generous annual bonus and a superb 12% non-contributory pension. You will also receive comprehensive benefits including Private Medical, Life, 25 days holiday, and a choice of flex benefits.

We are a hybrid role with lots of flexibility to work from home, and you will need to visit the office in either Wiltshire or Hampshire occasionally. If you prefer, you can even choose to be fully office-based. On top of this, there is also flexibility in the working hours so you can manage your work around family/personal commitments.
