About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Team Lead to join our DevOps team at Fynity, a Financial Services company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and driving the execution of our long-term API vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Mulesoft Developers and provide guidance on software engineering best practices.
  • Develop and implement APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement three-layer integration architecture principles.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of APIs using knowledge of API security standards.
  • Implement CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, including on-premise and CloudHub runtimes.
  • Proven track record of working with stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
  • Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft and knowledge of REST design principles and API design/architecture best practices.
  • Knowledge of OAS and/or RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience in managing, leading, and coaching a high-performing team of Developers.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience, plus a generous annual bonus and a superb 12% non-contributory pension. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including Private Medical, Life, 25 days holiday, and a choice of flex benefits.

We are a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and occasional visits to our offices in Wiltshire or Hampshire. We also offer flexible working hours to manage your work around family/personal commitments.
