Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers in driving and executing the company's long-term API vision and strategy as part of its digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in large, complex organisations to deliver high-quality APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
- Develop and implement three-layer integration architecture principles, leveraging Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
- Ensure API security standards are met, and CI/CD practices are implemented using Azure DevOps.
- Proven unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
- Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, including on-premise and CloudHub runtimes.
- Proven track record of managing, leading, and coaching high-performing teams of Developers.
- Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft, REST design principles, and API design/architecture best practices.
- MuleSoft Development Certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience.
