About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Team Lead to join our DevOps team at Fynity, a Financial Services company. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers and drive the execution of our long-term API vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Mulesoft Developers and provide guidance on Mule v4, CloudHub, and Agile delivery teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in large, complex organisations to develop APIs using MuleSoft.
  • Design and implement three-layer integration architecture principles, Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Ensure API security standards and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and maintain unit testing skills using the MUnit framework.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, CloudHub, and Agile delivery teams.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft, REST design principles, and API design/architecture best practices.
  • MuleSoft Development Certification is preferred.
