About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Team Lead with a solid software engineering background to join our growing, talented DevOps team at a leading Financial Services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced Mulesoft Developers in driving and executing the company's long-term API vision and strategy as part of its digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in large, complex organisations to deliver high-quality APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
  • Develop and implement three-layer integration architecture principles, leveraging Dataweave, OAS, RAML, XML, and JSON.
  • Ensure API security standards are met, and CI/CD practices are implemented using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience in Mule v4, including on-premise and CloudHub runtimes.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience in developing APIs using MuleSoft, REST design principles, and API design/architecture best practices.
  • Knowledge of MUnit, XML, JSON, and API security standards.
  • Experience in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
