Job Description
The Senior Customer Relationship Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, driving business growth and profitability for L'Oreal Luxe.
About the Role
- Lead a team of account managers in building multifunctional relationships with buyers, marketing, e-commerce teams, and beauty advisors at key retail partners
- Review progress and provide guidance to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively
- Analyze customer insights and retail performance data to inform commercial plans and drive growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of brand management, both online and offline
- The ability to analyze financial data and identify commercial advantages
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
