About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Life Practitioner. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of our young adults and contributing to their personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the staff team to ensure the physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of our young adults are met.
  • Participate in a range of recreational events and activities, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Build positive relationships with our young adults, respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance our care provision.
About The Candidate

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about care and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our young adults. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for care and a desire to contribute to the progression of others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Resilience and confidence in seeking support when needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in computer literacy.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or a related field.
