Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire LMC Ltd. as a Care Home GP.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team, providing high-quality medical care to patients in care homes across Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in care homes, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Work closely with care home staff to ensure seamless delivery of medical services and promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to care home medical services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • General Practitioner with a strong background in primary care and experience working with care homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with care home staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a range of medical conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
