Salary: Circa £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience

Home From Home Care Limited is a leading provider of innovative social care solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional support services to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behaviour Analyst to join our team, working closely with individuals, families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective support strategies
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services, promoting independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in positive behaviour support, applying this knowledge to inform our support approaches

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in delivering positive behaviour support services, preferably in a social care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services
