Behaviour Analyst Role

Home From Home Care Limited is a pioneering organisation at the forefront of developing innovative Social Care support and delivery. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will be part of a team that supports Individuals with complex learning disability needs across 5 locations in Lincolnshire.

We offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans that promote independence, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans that promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour
  • Work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of our organisation's policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure you are up-to-date with best practice
