Culinary Expert Sought for Prestigious Georgian-Era Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The Cavalry Global, a renowned Pub and hotel in King's Lynn, East of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create menu items and recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items and recipes
  • Ensuring kitchen activities operate smoothly on a daily basis
  • Upholding high food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus experience)
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
  • Knowledge of European, British, and Western cuisines
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Opportunity to work in a prestigious, historically significant venue
