About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at BAE Systems.

As a key member of our Submarines business, you will play a crucial role in coordinating specialist engineering teams across the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project requirements.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate specialist engineering teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage large groups of stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange
  • Develop and maintain systems engineering tools and practices, with a focus on requirements management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience working within an engineering function, supporting a large product
