Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Oversee and develop junior team members.
  • Support all four areas of the kitchen.
  • Provide guidance and training to the team.
  • Ensure fresh and efficient mise-en-place.
