Job Title: Senior Culinary Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Specialist to join our culinary team at The Cavalry Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist in creating new menu items and recipes.
  • Maintain kitchen activities efficiently and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus)
  • Excellent cooking skills, including various methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
  • Knowledge of European, British and western cuisines.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
