We're recruiting a skilled Senior Baking Specialist to join our esteemed team at First Contact Chefs. As a senior member of our kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to hone your baking skills and lead by example in a supportive environment.

Our hotel features a sophisticated bar and lounge area offering stunning views, where guests can indulge in expertly crafted cocktails, specialty coffee, and decadent afternoon tea. You'll be part of a dedicated team providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, with an open kitchen showcasing our chefs' mastery of rotisserie cooking, wok techniques, and wood-fired oven preparation.

In this senior role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing new pastry recipes, contributing to menu planning, and mentoring junior team members. We're seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership and communication skills, a deep passion for baking and pastry arts, and a strong command of the English language.
