Job Title: Commercial Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Development Specialist to join our team at Remy Cointreau. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Development: Develop and implement category development plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure business success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial development or sales role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
