Administrative Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our global business in Windsor, Berkshire. As a key player in our critical business support teams, you will provide customer service support and coordinate administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and customers
- Process incoming jobs via email and the CRM system
- Manage administrative tasks and ensure document processing is completed efficiently
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
- Evaluate and escalate any issues to the line manager in a timely manner
- Guarantee prompt responses to emails and actions within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate data entry on the CRM system
This role requires a candidate with prior experience in customer service and/or administration. Essential skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems.
