Role Overview
Academics Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN children and a proven track record of supporting students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom, helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions, and working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1. They will also be responsible for keeping track and recording pupil progress.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with SEN children and a strong understanding of the needs of students with complex needs. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with teachers and other support staff.
