SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Support Assistant to join our team at Academics.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with children with special educational needs and are looking for a challenging and rewarding position.
As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be working closely with our teaching staff to support children with complex needs, including ASD and ADHD.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual support to students with SEN in the classroom and learning support department.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery to ensure that students with SEN are fully included.
- Helping to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Collaborating with other support staff to ensure a consistent approach to supporting students with SEN.
