Support Professional for Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team at a SEN school in Windsor. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to enhance students' academic and social development.
- Encourage independent learning and build resilience through structured activities and personalised support.
- Create a nurturing atmosphere that boosts students' confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Help maintain a well-organised, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress to inform planning and interventions.
- Support students during transitions, breaks, and school activities.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
