About the Role
  • To provide individualized support to students with additional needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • To collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans, ensuring students receive the best possible education.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress, providing valuable insights for teachers and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A strong understanding of educational theories and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
