We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at ServisBOT Inc., a pioneering company in AI-driven solutions.

**Job Overview:**

The Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping and delivering customer solutions using our conversational AI products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with Customers, Bot Architects, and technical teams to define project requirements for conversational AI applications.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand and document user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop solutions using our low-code platform.
  • Keep up with AI trends to stay competitive.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Design conversational end-user interfaces and agent experiences.
  • Analyze data to monitor usage patterns and provide insights.
  • Deliver reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field OR BCS Business Analysis Certification.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Chatbots, AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of user experience design and user research techniques.
  • Passion for staying updated on AI technology trends and advancements.
  • Familiarity with basic coding principles.
