Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team, Robiquity X. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our clients.

  • Incident and Change Management: Provide timely and effective incident resolution and change management services.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer daily operational support for Intelligent Automation Production systems, leveraging your technical expertise to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within our Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to validate requirements and clarify technical feasibility.
  • Design: Contribute to the design and delivery of new solutions and technologies, driving business growth and transformation.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, bringing their skills, expertise, and enthusiasm for driving meaningful impact. If you match the following criteria, this role may be an excellent fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in developing and/or supporting Power Platform environments (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience working with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence starter Kit
  • Experience in managing the governance and assurance of Power Platform assets
  • Experience in providing 2nd/3rd line technical support in a diverse technology environment
  • Ability to explain technical problems in non-technical language to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong initiative, with excellent organisational, planning, and self-management skills
  • Experience in training and developing support staff in Power Platform
