Job Title: Partnerships & Development Executive

About the Role:

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships & Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our international moving and logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential moving clients and new business opportunities in the relocation industry.
  • Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to target key markets and expand our customer base, ensuring a strong presence in the London area.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, approach, and secure new moving clients through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts, providing tailored moving services to meet their specific needs.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Alchemy Global Talent Solutions.
  • Proposal and Quotation Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for potential clients, working closely with our operations team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Attend monthly meetings to report on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives, providing valuable insights to inform our business strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the international moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel Requirements: Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
