We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our perm division. The ideal candidate will have a track record of winning new business and growing accounts, with the ability to proactively cross-sell and manage their own time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development on our perm division
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
  • Lead executive search projects across the globe
  • Create a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
  • Attend networking events, business trips, and customer meetings
  • Stakeholder management
  • Have a growing base of contacts
  • Negotiate salaries between parties
  • Pursue Top-Biller status

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Someone who has previously won clients and grown accounts, or broken into other areas of the business
  • Experience in building within a vertical market
  • Someone who is highly competitive, with a proven record of billing
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities
  • Professional, emotionally mature, and ethical
  • Takes ownership of delegated tasks, is organized
  • Be a team player, with the desire to become a leader, that can 'think outside of the box'
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong track record in management
  • Be able to bring energy to the office every day
