Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively and tenaciously seek out new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service and account management to our existing clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Quotations and Reporting: Prepare, submit, follow up, and report on quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Customer Service: Promptly respond to customer requests, in a professional and efficient manner, providing specialist technical back-up as product champion.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary, with a realistic annual bonus of 10-20%, uncapped.
  • Benefits Package: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 30 days), pension, and private healthcare.
