We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end sales process of our retirement apartments across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and conduct market appraisals to showcase the value of our properties
- Arrange and follow up viewings to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Negotiate the best possible price for our vendors, ensuring maximum returns
- Keep vendors informed about the marketing of their properties, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Assist in the preparation of marketing literature, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties
- Work closely with Lodge Managers and Contractors to generate additional business opportunities
- Communicate the lifestyle benefits of Churchill Living, showcasing our commitment to providing a supportive and community-driven environment
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
You will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with a strong understanding of current legislation and regulations. Full training and support will be provided, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
