About the Role

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's fire door inspection, maintenance, and installation company as a Business Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new customer inquiries and manage bookings using a dedicated CRM system.
  • Issue contracts and agreements to new customers.
  • Correspond with customers via phone and email to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage health and safety compliance documents and stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
