We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at the National Operations Centre in St Leonards on Sea. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our operational teams to ensure they are set for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR topics, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • HR Metrics and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Management Information: Review and analyze management information to provide insights and recommendations for the wider team.
  • HR Strategy: Promote and engage with HR strategy initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee-related matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified or currently studying for CIPD
  • Previous HR-related experience, preferably in a multi-location setting
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and relevant legislations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
