Secure Care UK - Bases is seeking a Control Room Duty Care Operation Manager to oversee the effective transportation of service users while adhering to established guidelines and policies. This position entails supervising staff schedules, addressing operational inquiries, and managing deployment to fulfill service level agreements. As a key leader reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will guide a dedicated team, assess performance metrics, and prioritize patient safety.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and compassionate service to all patients
- Supervise a team of Deployment Coordinators
- Address general inquiries and ensure adherence to policies
- Implement operational protocols for patient transport
- Guarantee precise completion of patient report documentation
- Support Control Room operations and maintain effective communication
- Organize staff schedules and collaborate with operational personnel
- Comply with regulations and organizational standards
- Engage in staff development initiatives
- Uphold company standards and values
- Commit to continuous self-improvement and compliance with company policies
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Manual Driving License for the UK (not required for control room)
- Maintain an Enhanced DBS check
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Outstanding organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Company Commitment:
Comprehensive training will be provided, focusing on Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) principles and operating under BILD accreditation.
