Senior Partner Manager, Payment Facilitator Partnerships

As a Senior Partner Manager, Payment Facilitator Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving Amex business volume and acceptance by growing Amex spend and penetration within our existing Aggregator Partner portfolio and embedding new partnerships into the network.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management and Growth: Establish strong relationships with existing Payment Facilitators, working with them to increase our overall share of business volume.
- Drive Existing and New Growth Opportunities: Identify key growth opportunities, such as marketing-led opportunities, to increase AXP coverage and billings.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate complex contracts to maximize commercial opportunities available, leading partner-facing negotiations and developing negotiation strategies.
- Acquisition of New Intermediary Partners: Prospect, contract, and implement new partnerships within the network policies and guardrails to support wider team goals.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure ongoing compliance with European Regulatory framework, AXP Policy, and Contractual terms.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Work alongside a wide range of internal stakeholders to manage day-to-day relationships with Partners, including Risk, Pricing, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and global strategy teams.
- Track record of managing Large & Enterprise Partnerships and driving performance through identifying and delivering on Business Development opportunities.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships built on credibility and trust with a broad network of contacts within partner organizations.
- Strong financial acumen, including innovative commercial constructs, margin, and revenue analysis.
