Job Summary

As a Senior Payments and Banking Partnership Manager at ZEN.COM, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with global payments and banking partners, including card payment schemes. Your primary responsibilities will include driving collaboration, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, and expanding the reach of our fintech services through key financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with global payment and banking institutions to enhance our fintech offerings and create new business opportunities.
  2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner payment providers, banks, including executives, product managers, and operational teams.
  3. Global Corporate Account Setup: Lead initiatives to expand global corporate account setup, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for corporate clients interested in leveraging our fintech solutions.
  4. VIBANs Ecosystem Expansion: Drive the expansion of our customers' VIBANs ecosystem, facilitating high conversion rates for international banking payments and transactions.
  5. Foreign Exchange (FX) Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of FX markets, currency exchange dynamics, and risk management to optimize financial transactions within the global banking partnerships.
  6. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a deep and up-to-date understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial industry, both at a global and regional level.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align partner objectives with our product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet both parties' needs.
  8. Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential payment and banking partners, ensuring terms are favorable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.
  9. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and potential risks in the global payment and banking landscape.
  10. Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess the success of partnerships, providing regular updates to senior management.
  11. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the partnership lifecycle, ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global payment and banking operations, regulations, and market trends.
  4. Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the banking sector.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  6. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  7. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions.
  8. Results-Driven: Track record of achieving and exceeding partnership development and revenue targets.
