We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Team Leader to join our client's busy sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Executives in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of contact and development data
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers through outbound calls and callbacks
- Work closely with Sales teams to support and develop sales strategies
- Maintain data and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience in lead generation and sales is essential
- Professional demeanor and ability to follow scripts and guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Salary: GBP24,000 basic (OTE GBP30,000 uncapped)
