Job Overview

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Team Leader to join our client, a leading provider of life insurance products. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a busy sales team and working on new data provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of contact and development in regards to potential customers
  • Qualify leads through outbound calls and identify requirements for life insurance products
  • Arrange call backs with potential customers at agreed-upon times
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless support and communication
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in B2C or lead generation roles, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment
  • Professionalism and ability to follow scripts and guidelines while interacting with clients
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain data and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Resilience and drive to work independently and meet targets
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
