We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy hotel restaurant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and drinks, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage rotas to ensure the right staff are on shift to meet business demands
  • Develop and motivate your team to provide outstanding service and achieve sales targets
  • Be the point of contact for any management issues or concerns
  • Lead by example and embody the values of our hotel

About You:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a busy restaurant environment, preferably with supervisory or management duties. You will need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. In return, we offer a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including Wagestream, 28 days annual leave, and bespoke training programmes.
