Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity at Solent Hotel & Spa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our busy hotel restaurant, including serving food and drinks, taking orders, and looking after guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and drinks, taking orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Managing and developing the skills of your team, ensuring staff levels on shift to meet payroll budgets
  • Taking control of rotas, ensuring the right people are on shift to handle the level of business
  • Being the point of call for any management issues, motivating your team to provide exceptional service
  • Leading by example, ensuring a smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

What We're Looking For:

We need someone with previous experience of working in a busy restaurant with exposure to supervisory or management duties. You will need to be proactive, flexible, and comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.
