Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Contract Management) to join our team at CV Library.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the candidate to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
The successful candidate will oversee commercial contracts that support our occupational health services and negotiate contracts in line with company goals.
You will collaborate closely with our Sales team, Commercial Team, and clients to ensure all contracts are aligned.
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum and the opportunity to work remotely with flexibility.
Responsibilities:- Oversee commercial contracts in support of occupational health services
- Negotiate contracts in line with company goals
- Collaborate with Sales team, Commercial Team, and clients to ensure contract alignment
- Manage own time and diary while working remotely across the UK
- Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in commercial contract management preferably within healthcare or occupational health sector
- Excellent relationship management skills – must be able to build and maintain relationships with senior managers, directors, and key client stakeholders
- Influencing – must have ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers internally and externally
- Risk Management – must have ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Strategic Thinking - must understand broader business context and be able to align negotiation strategies with company goals
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
- Experience of Salesforce is desirable
- Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in line with client and business requirements
