Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Area Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers in the Agricultural sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through relationship building and networking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Analyse customer purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • £43,000 - £48,000 basic salary.
  • Bonus structure based on individual and team performance.
