Territory Business Growth Specialist

Cavendish Maine is a successful toy and games business that is committed to delivering exceptional results through outstanding sales performance. We are currently seeking a Territory Business Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of driving sales and experience of selling toy, gifts, or greeting cards to independents. They will be an enthusiastic, dynamic, and hands-on salesperson who is comfortable working in a small team environment and used to working for a business which operates at a fast pace but with structure and attention to detail.
Key Objectives:
- Maintain and grow the independent account base across the territory
- Maximise sales opportunities within those accounts
- Develop new business relationships and expand existing ones
Requirements:
- Excellent sales skills and experience
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Salary:
£38,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits per annum
