Your Role

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to drive business performance and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales and customer service operations to drive business growth">
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience">
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all customers receive a positive experience">
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results">
  • Monitor and control centre costs to achieve budget targets">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,136 per annum, plus an average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year. You'll also enjoy 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills, and access to a range of benefits including health cash plan, pension scheme, and life assurance.
