Join Our Team as a Mentor

We are looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to become mentors for our young people's program. As a mentor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of these individuals, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MENTEES, PROVIDING A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THEM TO GROW AND DEVELOP.
  • ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND PERSONAL GROWTH, SUCH AS CREATIVE Pursuits OR OUTDOOR ADVENTURES.
  • Maintaining ACCURATE RECORDS OF MENTORING SESSIONS, ENSURING TIMELY COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF REPORTS.

Requirements:

  • A COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE, WITH A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR NEEDS AND CHALLENGES.
  • THE ABILITY TO REMAIN CALM AND COMPOSED IN DIFFICULT SITUATIONS, PROVIDING A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR MENTEES.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH INDIVIDUALS FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.
