Administration and Database Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Administration and Database Officer. This position involves providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication throughout projects.
  2. Accurately relay information between different sources, ensuring clarity and consistency in all correspondence.
  3. Support the Manager and School Liaisons by providing administrative assistance on various tasks, including scheduling and coordination of meetings.
  4. Coordinate and monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  5. Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, providing excellent customer service and a professional telephone manner.
  6. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  7. Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
  8. Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong telephone manner.
  2. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  4. A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. An understanding of Photoshop would be advantageous.
