Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our Senior Leadership Team in the Transportation Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing diaries, organizing meetings, booking travel, and coordinating logistics. You will also be responsible for producing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as attending meetings and taking minutes.
With a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, you will work collaboratively with the wider Transportation admin function to ensure the efficient operation of the business. You will also have the opportunity to deputize for other Personal Assistants when necessary and contribute to the development of the team.
This role requires an individual who is able to work well under pressure, prioritize workload, and maintain confidentiality. You will need to have excellent administration and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you are a flexible and organized individual who is able to work autonomously, we would love to hear from you.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
