Academic Mentorship Assistant

Role Description:
We are seeking an Academic Mentorship Assistant to join our team, who will play a vital role in supporting students in Key Stage 2, Years 3-6. As a key member of our learning community, you will collaborate with experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring students receive high-quality education
- Provide personalized support to students, addressing their emotional and social development needs
- Work closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies and promote academic success
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience supporting children in Key Stage 2
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and educational best practices
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students' emotional and social development
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £83.33 - £100 per day, reflecting the importance of this position and our commitment to providing a supportive learning environment.
