National Sales Lead

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in the food or FMCG sector, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be able to build strong relationships with existing and new customers, identify opportunities for mutual benefit, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and maximise profit
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for mutual benefit
* Planning and executing trade promotions that enhance sales and profitability
* Maintaining open communication channels with customers, attending meetings as required to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
* Undertaking international travel to support business development efforts
This role offers a competitive salary package, circa £51,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
